Portal Heart 0.5A public release.

Hey there.

Here is the long-awaited release. I was finally able to implement what I have wanted to do for a long time and life in the Sanctuary just became more interesting. What did it cost me is an entirely different topic. Let's just say that once again I have planned more than I could manage to make in such a short time. Anyway, I will tell you more about this in my last post of the year.
